Tipat Likutei Halachos

ליקוטי הלכות: יורה דעה - הלכות בכור בהמה טהורה ד:ג

וְאַתָּה, וַעֲבָדֶיךָ:  יָדַעְתִּי--כִּי טֶרֶם תִּירְאוּן, מִפְּנֵי יְהוָה אֱלֹהִים -And I know that you and your servants will not fear Hashem (שמות ט:ל) - The whole point of the creation of the world was to reveal His awe and kingship… And all the miracles and wonders that Hashem made in Egypt were done in order to reveal his awe and kingship… And Par’oh did not want to subdue himself and to accept the yoke of Hashem’s awe and kingship after witnessing the signs and wonders.  About this it is written, “And I know that you and your servants will not fear Hashem.”  But, about Yisrael it is written, “And Yisrael feared Hashem’s great Hand with which He smote Egypt.  And the nation feared Hashem.” . . . . The Egyptians didn’t want to subdue themselves to Hashem’s magnificence, and thus he brought a plague upon them in order to arouse them, so they should know who was striking them, and that they should free Yisrael.  But rather, they didn’t do anything, and they hardened their hearts.  And Hashem brought upon them more plagues every time they failed to wake up.  But, for Yisrael it was good, because after every plague that Hashem brought upon the Egyptians they accepted Hashem’s greatness even more so.

After every travesty and disaster that unfortunately happens in this world man suddenly asks,  “Hashem, how could you let such and such happen?  Where were you to stop it?” Whether it is a personal sickness or tzara or a global tragedy it is man’s natural reaction to question G-d.  Naturally we say, “Oh, who are you to question Hashem’s wonders?  He does what he thinks is just, and you can’t ever fathom His ways!”  Now, of course this is true, but I think that after some tragedy a question is warranted not to Hashem, but to ourselves!

We know that Hashem is like a father, and it pains Him to cause us strife and grief.  But, he does it for a reason.  That reason is to WAKE US UP! A headache isn’t just a painful constriction of blood vessels in the scalp, but it is rather a knock on our door.  Hashem is at the door saying, “Hey Chezi! I’m trying to tell you something! This headache is from me, and I want you to come back to my Torah!”

Reb Nosson is pointing out that each subsequent plague wasn’t brought upon the Egyptians because they failed to free Bnei Yisrael.  True, that was part of it, but what they failed to do was realize that Hashem yisborach was the Creator and King of the whole world.  Hashem was effectively saying, Mitzrim, you're too dumb to see that all of these creations are from me? Well, guess what's coming to you now.  Maybe NOW you'll see that such a wonder is from Me, and that I am the boreh ha'olam.

It should be Hashem’s will that we heed his every call.  We should know that every pang is just a knock from Hashem telling us to wake up and pay attention to Him.

The holy Kemai

A friend of mine Aron W. gave his friend Dovid (from Skver) a kemai about a couple of months ago. Dovid lost his kemai 3 days ago, ever since he lost his kemai he's gotten 3 police tickets traffic violations, one everyday since he lost the kemai. So my friend Aron W. called me for a kemai to save Dovid and i gave it to him. NaNach!

Saba by Rebbe Nason

Saba in France 2 - Brand New Clip

Baruch Dayan Haemes

One of the Chavarim, Avi P is sitting shiva for his father in Saten Island.

He can also be reached by phone. You can email me at tzfatnanach@gmail.com for his number.

There is nothing greater in the world then to do the will of Saba.

We are the most fortunate and powerful people on this and any other planet! The biggest Tzaddikim, I don't envy. The only people I might envy are those that got closer to Saba, but I would try to learn from them and pass them by!

Everyone of us has his "mission" and his "strengths" but our connection to the tzaddik is common to all of us and in this we all have the same holy pursuit.

New Music and Movies Available From R' Shlomo

B"H yesterdays I uploaded another half a GIG of R' Shlomo. One movie, B"H many more to come, and Songs and Tora's. This is all available for free at the nanach.net music site, in the Shlomo Carlbach folders - there's a link to the site on the right side of our site. It has been mentioned that the quality is inferior, and in truth each track must be judged in its own merit, because what is being made available B"H is a collection of privately recorded sessions or events, sometimes those recording did a better job than others, and sometimes the recording was done way back in the days that the average recording tools available weren't up to par with what we are used to today. But B"H, in my opinion, this gives them a special chain/charm, it increases the longing/hishtokekus/kisufim for the holiness we see from afar. In any event they forsure offer a beautiful exposition of melodies and teachings. It might be beneficial to rate the quality of each track, but right now I don't know how to document that info, and also I'm not up to doing it.

Yakov Shurun story

This picture was inspired by the Yakov Shurun story in the video Simcha H. recently posted...(when he took his friend outside and there was Nanach graffiti and put his Nanach kippah on him and told him to recite Nanach...)

Nanach graffiti

Nanach graffiti by the Holy Tzion of King David -

The truth is that King David isn't buried there. There's a door on the floor near the Tzion that goes down, but they don't let people enter. It is said that King David is buried in the fields of Har Tzion. Even still the appointed Tzion has the holiness of King David by virtue of having been built and consecrated in his memory.

In Likutay Moharan, Tora 49, Rabbainu revealed that the Song that will be Aroused in the Future, Single - Double - Triple - Quadruple, Na NaCh NaChMu NaChMuN MeUman, is an aspect of "David King of Israel Lives and Endures".

Holy of Holies - The One Who is Hidden in Uman

Today's Daf Yomi (on 20 Teves 5771) - Zevachim 47 - begins the fifth chapter of Maseches Zevachim, the chapter of Mishnayos that is recited daily in Shacharis in the section about Korbonos. The Mishna Berura on the Shulchan Aruch (Orach Chaim - Chapter 50) mentions among other reasons as to why this chapter of all chapters of Mishnayos are recited in our prayers for inclusion of daily Mishna study within our Tefillos is because this chapter HAS NO MACHLOKES (even though for the most part the rabbis argued L'Shem Shamayim, Al Achas Kama V'Kama when arguments lead to hatred showing to begin with that these arguments were never L'Shem Shamayim) and it is a MISHNA BERURA "a clear Mishna" (as handed) by Moshe at (Har) Sinai. NOTE: This is the ONLY mention of the phrase Mishna Berura in the ENTIRE Mishna Berura authored by the Chofetz Chaim!

As virtually anyone who learns Gemara knows, any given chapter of Gemara is referred to by the beginning words of the chapter. Hence, the name of the fifth chapter of Maseches Zevachim is called by the beginning words of the chapter - Eizehu Mekoman.

A little background info on this chapter - The beginning of this chapter is "WHERE IS THE PLACE for sacrifices? The holiest of the offerings are slaughtered on the north side (of the Temple courtyard)."

Take a look at the first and last letters of the name of this chapter in order of the letters - Eizehu Mekoman - "Where is the place?". The word Eizehu begins with an Aleph, and ends with a Vov. The word Mekoman begins with a Mem, and ends with a Noon Sofis. These four letters in order spell UMAN!

Coincidence? Where is the place - the place of the Kodshei Kodoshim - "Holy of Holies" - which is also the name of the holiest area in the Beis HaMikdash where only the Cohen Gadol entered only on Yom Kippur (though this is not the place referred to in this context, but there has to be an obvious connection between the two). Their slaughter - the animal sacrifice was slaughtered in the Tzafon -north (of the Temple courtyard). Tzafon can also be read as the same letters as Tzafoon - hidden.

Indeed, Rabbeinu Nachman - the HOLY of HOLIES - was HIDDEN (buried) in UMAN (since he didn't see being buried in Eretz Yisrael as being practical at that time, the reason(s) which are not applicable anymore), in the environs of the burial grounds of many Jews who were SLAUGHTERED Al Kiddush Hashem, that he picked specifically for this reason.

Noting the fact that Rabbeinu passed away on the day of the Ushpizin of Moshe Rabbeinu in Uman, the Mishna Berura is hinting to us that it is a MISHNA BERURA - "a clear Mishna" - a clear cut fact that connecting ourselves to Rabbeinu - the Tzadik Yesod Olam - IS THE EQUATION OF FOLLOWING THE HALACHA AS HANDED DOWN TO MOSHE RABBEINU ON HAR SINAI!

It would be a sin for me to fail to mention that the Chofetz Chaim, especially as a Cohen, promoted learning Seder Kodoshim, the order of Mishnayos, Gemara, and Halachos pertaining to the Torah about offerings in the Beis HaMikdash, as it is considered as though we bring the Korbanos these days when learning these parts of the Torah in the absence of the Beis HaMikdash. For those who know how to learn Gemara, learning Daf Yomi - especially these days when Seder Kodoshim is being learned - is a grand time to begin doing so without waiting until the next cycle of Daf Yomi. Moshiach can be here anytime, and now is the chance to have the special merit of learning THIS PART OF THE TORAH that has extra merit - BEFORE IT IS TOO LATE (How will we know how to bring the Korbonos if we don't learn this beforehand, even if we are not Cohanim?). From 20 Teves thru Rosh Chodesh Shevat at the very least, the Daf Yomi is the Gemara on this chapter Eizehu Mekoman, which is the basic outline of the Temple offerings.

It is most interesting to note that once, the Chofetz Chaim was asked by someone looking to be a Chasidishe Yungerman, and wanted to know which stream of Chasidus would be good to join. The Chofetz Chaim - though he never spoke Loshon Hora even about Chasidim - was a clear cut Litvak with no known Chasidic ties in his family. He answered back like this, "If you are going to join a Chasidic group - it should be Breslov, because Breslov Chasidim learn the Shulchan Aruch and fulfill what it says".

Indeed, it is a MISHNA BERURA that it is the teachings of Breslov Chasidus, which promotes the learning of Halacha EVERY DAY, our basic protection in serving Hashem, that is the ultimate fulfillment of the Halacha as it originates from Moshe Rabbeinu - the FIRST Rabbeinu - as he received it at Har Sinai, as BOTH ingredients are needed - the physical guidlines of Halacha AND the understanding of the spiritual meaning behind the Halacha. (NOTE: As noted about the Rambam (whose Yahrzeit is today - 20 Teves) "From Moshe (Rabbeinu) to Moshe (the Rambam) there was none who arose like Moshe (the Rambam)"; so too - From (Moshe) Rabbeinu to Rabbeinu (Nachman) there was none who arose like Rabbeinu (Nachman))

NOTE: My point about Rabbeinu in Uman is NOT to promote where everyone should go to for Rosh Hashanah. My focus is on Rabbeinu as to the fact that he is hinted to in Eizehu Mekoman. As pertaining to above, it is crucial that there is NO MACHLOKES about this whole issue about the annual Kibbutz - this should be considered on a personal basis as to what fits one's spiritual needs and abilities. I think it is safe to mention here that virtually everyone in Na Nach agrees that Rabbeinu's Mokom is in Eretz Yisroel, something that Saba attempted to do, but thanks to evil politics, it was stopped. May we merit to see Rabbeinu shortly in the land of Kodesh Kodoshim, the same land in which the area of the literal Kodesh Kodoshim is located. And regardless of where Rabbeinu is located at - he is called in the Petek...

Saba in Uman - Brand New Clip

Saba in France - Brand New Clip

The full story B"H (don't know what went wrong last time): Yakov Shurun performs an exorcism with the power of Nanach; graffiti and beanie!

A New Episode in the Adventures of Simcha Nanach

B"H this past Shabos I joined Chaim Nanach, Ace K. and crew at Har Shmuel/ Givat Zev, a new community right across the highway from the mountain Shmuel Hanavi (the prophet) is buried. Before Shabos, Tzvi Levin took a bunch of us to dip in the Maayan (spring) by Shmuel Hanavi, first we picked up a guy named Sparky. As we were driving, I said something, which caused Sparky to realize that I was in the car, and he said that it was like I was invisible, because he hadn't noticed me at all until then. It's a very short drive, so we just squished into the back seat without seatbelts, and I started praying when we encountered a police car facing us as we drove up the mountain. The police didn't pay us any attention, B"H, and Sparky said that this reaffirmed that I was invisible.

We had intended to pray at Shmuel Hanavi, but we learned that the zionist regime closes the gates of Shmuel Hanavi to all Jews on the eve of Shabas and holidays. So we were forced to conduct all the prayers at Har Shmuel. Some guys that had been dipping and visiting the holy tomb gave me directions how to walk from Har Shmuel to the maayan, it involved two paths through the terrain, and I wasn't so thrilled by the prospect of following them in the dark.

Shabos day, at about 3 in the morning, I set out, and even though the instructions weren't exactly the way I had understood them, I managed to get to the maayan without any problem, except that there was a high fence between us. It's not the type of fence that is easy to climb over. The top of one part of the fence was bent over, and I figured that this was caused by people climbing over, this strengthened my resolve that it wouldn't be a big deal to get over the fence. B"H even I was able to get to the top of the fence, where I sat and rested while I figured out how to get down to the other side. As I was sitting there, a guard from somewhere above ran his flashlight along the perimeter of the fence, illuminating it, the light passed over me as well, and I thought that it was over - the guard would be onto me, hopefully he wouldn't be trigger happy C"V, but for sure there would be a comotion and who knows what I would have to endure until they would let me go. B"H no such thing happened, I continued sitting there until I made my grand descent, and did my skinny dipping B"H - the water is the coldest from all the maayanot I've been to - and B"H I made it back over the fence and back to Har Shmuel, uneventful, except for the fact that the guard at Har Shmuel didn't either seem to notice me. It seems that Sparky was right H"Y kept me invisible (see Rashi on Esther 2:21 brought down in the Likutay Halachos we are now doing on the youtube, that sometimes H"Y gives a person a sign of his ability before actually testing him to use it). B"H at the morning services I made the blessing of Hagomail Lichayavim Tovos.

Noelle (S) has donated another $36 for the spread of nanach.

Others should follow this example as well.

Shemot and Am "N"

In Bereshit (Ber et "shit")the world was created with 10 sayings (corresponding to the 10 letters and the 10 psalms etc..) what we want is to unite the world. You noticed the word Ber-Od-Esser (not Boe-Derch the good looking road or broad "10") or Israel Ber + 10. The torah ends with le eyne kol Israel, in the eyes of all Israel. Moshe blesses the whole nation with the "good eye". This is the key to the geula as be next word is Ber- from Ber Odesser. If we all see the good point in each other then "machlocket" cannot exist! The good point is precisely the one we carry on our forhead "na Nach" IT is the eigth light causing our faces (7)to be the Menorah which can spread the light of the Tzaddik. Also take it from me, this is the segula against the Ayn Ha Ra (evil eye) mentioned by Rabbi Nachman in Sichot 242 or in the book Na Nach pg 242 (by Saba). The eigth light SHMO NA Na8 (his name is Na Nach(8)) turns the 8 (chet-sin) into Zot Channukka or the full illumination of Channukka.

The book of Shemot (Names for Jews, Exodus for gentiles) mentions no names- not even Miriam or Yocheved are named- tribes are named and nations are named, but here we cease to exist as individuals and private stories are of no interest, it is only THE Nation and its interests which are at stake. Individuals that don't want to leave Egypt die in three days at the rate of 700 000 per day- and women still have time to ask neighbors for gold. Women do not die because, they are not the ones vetoing the Exodus or entering the land (post Napoleon is another story 3 000 000 women die along with the men this time). He is a merciful G-d, so something must be said about going to Israel.

So yes attaching yourself to Na Nach is a big part of being AM "n" the nation of the Noun (fish/tzaddik/50 gates of keddusha-matan torah) noun in Hebrew looks like 1 (one)- so Am noun means "one nation" or "nation united with Keddusha of the Tzaddik). "I am the river that cleans of all stains" - four rivers left the Garden of Eden and they like the Shofar, purify us and can bring us back to the Garden of Eden. This is part of what Na Nach Nachma Nachman in ten letters means.

Wearing the Kippa, you are bringing Am Israel back to uniting with Josef, not as lying slaves, but as awsome holy and entirely devoted brothers. It will finally be "safe" for the world to have us as Cohens, I have no doubt Hashem will not let the opportunity pass. IT IS ALL UP TO US. It is for this reason that the Cohen Ha Gadol had the "name N' placed on his head. Make no mistake everything has been contaminated by the "pollution" which big OIL represents(1). ((1)panacea university.com) WE ARE THE HOLY LIGHT the only power that can reverse the TOUMA.

Words of Wisdom from Uzi

At the Western Wall this morning, someone was trying to tell our Ethiopian friend Uzi about some Rabbi that has a yeshiva in Tel Aviv, saying how great he was etc.. Uzi replied let the Rabbi be even so much more special and great but he can not help me from where he is, I need someone that is going to do teshuva (repent) with me!
Uzi hit a very deep point, and to understand it’s truth see Rashi on Parshas Nitzuvim (Deuteronomy 30:3) on the verse: “And God will return (with) your returning”, the verse implies that God is in fact with the Jews in exile, and He returns (in Hebrew the same word for repentance) with the returning of the Jews. Also see Likutay Moharan (Collection of our Master Rabbi Nachman, Vol. 2, Tora 82): “and the main repentance … the way of Moshe was the following. Moshe bound himself even to the lowest of the Jews, and sacrificed his life for them … see that whole awesome holy Tora! Also see Likutay Moharan Tora 49, that the Higher Divine Presence goes up in Teshuva WITH the lower Divine Presence!

Yakov Shurun tells over how he did an exorcism recently with the power of Na Nach Nachma Nachman MeUman

more from america

today i was in a local kosher food spot where i was approached by a yeshiva bochur who became very excited upon seeing my na nach kippa and told me that its us (the na nachs) that keep his spirits lifted all the time. He pulled out his phone which had a na nach sticker on it and in his wallet he had a picture of Saba with petek on the back and also a tikkun klali. B"H he also told me that he learns Likutei Moharan every day.
Also a few weeks ago met a yeshiva bochur at a big yeshiva in Far Rockaway who has been coming close to Rebbe Nachman. He told me his whole life has changed since he discovered Rabbeinu. He is a Baal teshuva who told me that Torah was very confusing to him before he found Rabbeinu, but now it is all much clearer. He also told me he has been trying to do hitbodedut.
When I told him stories about Saba (how he found Hishtapchut Hanefesh in the trash, and how he met Rabbi Karduner and became Breslov, etc.) he became very excited. B"H I was able to give him a little english book called The Song Of Redemption which talks at length about the petek and also has many of these stories in it.
B'ezrat Hashem more to come.
Na Nach Nachma Nachman MeUman!

na nach hafatza in america

Baruch Hashem we've been starting some hafatza in the five towns/far rockaway area of new york.
We've been printing tons of flyers that have been put on hundreds of telephone polls, posted inside of pizza shops, restaurants and other stores, as well as handed out to many passersby.
Many new stickers have gone up in Far Rockaway and five towns as well.
We also recently got a huge shipment of books (both hebrew and english) from eretz yisroel and Baruch Hashem have already
sold and distributed a number of them.
One of our friends who lives in Tzfat was here visiting recently and we did some great hafatza on Central Avenue in Cedarhurst a few times where we set up a table with books, pamphlets, kumayas, kippot, flyers, stickers, and of course loud music. Many people stopped and smiled, danced with us, and occasionally was interested in the books. We were set up close to a local yeshiva high school so many high school kids were around who wanted stickers. We also completely sold out our kippot!
Also many parents with their children passed by and a couple of parents tried to motivate their young children to dance with us!
Baruch Hashem most people seemed to have their spirits lifted upon seeing us.
We also filmed a music video 2 weeks ago for the band Moshiach Oi! which was filmed primarily in Far Rockaway and Cedarhurst and involved spray painting, putting up stickers and flyers, getting random people to say na nach or at least hold large stickers for the camera, and also we set up shop on central avenue with music, books, etc.
B'ezrat Hashem there will be more to come. We plan on heading back out on to central avenue again this Motzei Shabbos to dance, clap and distribute books and stickers. Baruch Hashem we currently have alot of stuff.
Anyone who lives in the area should come out motzei shabbos, we'll be in front of David's Pizza (the owner is an israeli guy who loves na nach, he let us put up stickers in his shop and even let me put up a poster of the petek! I also gave him a kumaya to wear. He often comes outside to exchange chizuk when we set up in front of his pizza shop. He also sometimes plays na nach music inside the shop.)
B'ezrat Hashem more to come soon.

Likutay Halachos - A Collection of Laws

Likutay Halachos, A Collection of Laws, was written by Rabbi Nussun, the leading disciple of Our Master Rabbi Nachman of Breslov, and by his recomendation, to explain the significance and inner - meaning framework of the practical laws of Judaism as they are presented in the Shulchan Aruch - Code of Law, using teachings, lessons, and stories of Na Nach Nachma Nachman MeUman.

Rabbi Nussun first presents the Law he will expound on, then he will usually present a synopsis of a teaching or story from Rabbainu, and then he will launch into his explanation how to understand the law based on Rabbainu.

Often Rabbi Nussun writes at great length, but he introduces his work adhering the reader not to be compelled to understand everything all at once, because that would be over burdening and would lead to despair of ever being able to study and learn, rather one should read and study consistently, learning and picking up what he can, and eventually he will merit to put things together.

B"H many of the holy books of Breslov have already been translated into English (and many other languages), and although some of the contributers to nanach.net occasionaly present brief passages from Likutay Halachos translated into English, most of this amazing, awesome, holy guide and book are off limits to the English speaking public, so B"H I have started to do what I can, learning and translating into my webcam, and posting on the youtube. Here's the first of B"H many.

Tipat Likutei Halachos

חושן משפט - הלכות אונאה - הלכה ג - אות א

אהיה אשר אהיה - I will be who I will be (שמות ג:יד) – This posuk corresponds to the idea of doing teshuva on a previous teshuva, because teshuva is an aspect of אהיה, I will be.  This is an aspect of “I am prepared to be”, because before a person does teshuva it’s as if he never existed in the world at all.  And, when one starts to do teshuva he becomes as aspect of “I will be”, because when he starts to prepare himself to have a real existence in the world he is thus an aspect of “I am prepared to be.”  But, even after he does teshuva, and he is worthy of אהיה, for he has prepared himself to have an existence in this world, he nonetheless must do teshuva on that teshuva.  And, therefore he must start every moment anew, and even though he already did teshuva he must afterward start anew completely.

Reb Nosson is elaborating on a tremendous yesod in life.  One’s very existence is not determined by what he can do.  Hashem gives everything thing that exists worlds of potential, so what a person can do is of no significance.  However, the degree to which a person exerts himself and uses his potential to bring kedusha into this world is the real barometer of one’s existential value.

It’s integral to one’s growth that he constantly strive to better himself.  One must do teshuva on a daily basis, because even though he may have completely negated his yezter in one particular moment, there is an infinite amount of space to grow.  He must ask himself what he can do now and what more is there to be done.  And, if  he fails ר"ל, then how much more integral is his teshuva? It's not the past that matters. The past already happened and is gone forever.  What matters is what will be.

We must realize that stagnation is a negation of existence.  The very definintion of our existence is that we are constantly growing and moving.  Why would Hashem have put us into this world if He wanted us to remain static?  "I will be who I will be!" Hashem’s statement to Moshe is in the future tense, and is a testament to the necessity for us to constantly grow and expand on our current existence, because our lives and the imminent geula of Klal Yisrael depends on what is to be only seconds from now.

How careful we must be not to defile them!

"You shall make yourself judges and officers in all the gates that Hashem your G-d gives you..." Deuteronomy 16:18
3 organs were specially designed for Torah study: Eyes for reading the written Torah, Ears for hearing the Oral Law, and Mouth for learning both aloud. Since Torah study will ultimately destroy it, the evil inclination works hard to ruin these 3 organs. It tries to get the eyes to see forbidden sights, the ears to hear malicious gossip, and the mouth to speak ill of others, lie, flatter the wicked, ridicule that whice is good, and swear falsely. To protect these organs, G-d created "gates" - eyelids, earlobes, and lips - for us to shut out forbidden things and let in Torah study and prayer!

"And Adam (Mashiach) Got No Help!"

I just read this gem in our friend's webpage:

As the Zohar teaches us – everyone is against or afraid of the idea of there having to be a tzaddik. HaTzaddik, "THE" Tzaddik, HaDor - namely the Tzaddik of "THIS" generation. The Holy Zohar teaches (Zohar I, 28a): "Woe to the world for they do not provide help for the Shechina (Divine Presence) during the exile, or for Moshe (i.e. the Tzaddik), who is always with Her and never moves from Her... Moshe did not die. He is called Adam. Of Adam it is written (Bereishit 2:20), 'And Adam had no helpmate'. This applies to the last exile: Adam – the Tzaddik – has no helpmate. Everyone is against the Tzaddik".

May we all sincerely and wholeheartedly turn to Hashem in prayer and seek out, support and reveal the Shechina hidden within the exile along with Her helpmate 'HaTZaDDiK HaDoR' Amen.

Reb Nosson of Breslev wrote, “and the Tzadik HaEmet this is Rebbenu Nachman ben Simcha ben Feiga. The Tzaddik is gadol v'yoteir efilu more so than the kohen gadol who is the one who is in front and inside. Like it is brought in Sotah perek chaf daled 24 ‘lefney and bifnim penimi, me li? Who is this, who is in front and inside? me he? penimim? Who is this inside? He is more precious than the kohen gadol because he can repair averot that Yom Kippur can not fix.’ It says in tractate Yoma, ‘the sins between man and Hashem are repaired on Yom Kippur.’ The Tzaddik HaEmet can repair sins between man and his fellow. This is higher than the kodesh hakodeshim! Gevalt!”

Rebbe Nachman Daily

Ani Yosef those words clarified years of questions about Yosef. The same will be when Moshiach comes in a couple of words God will answer all our questions. Can you guess which words?

ACHER YOTSER...

This is the prayer after going to the bathroom, nu. It reveals something amazing though. If not for the blood vessels etc. we could not stand before the Lord - also before his holy throne (his eyes alwayse on Israel).

In the next world, the world of truth we believe we will be closer to Go-d. NOT SO.
It is in this world with this body in this land with it's trees and houses that we stand before him! Up there we don't need the veins arteries etc... so the prayer applies to here. He surrounds himself up there ONLY with those he selects. A rabbi told me that here he is "right in front of your face" not on the holy throne. DEAD WRONG you mini-meforsam! He isn't "in front of your face" when you say acher yotser- that is when you need to use the shovel because even though he is in the camp you must avoid him. Dream on pal, well, you ARE really suffering already, better to do tchouva though, then you will cease to suffer here and there. Try to remember that I am not your ennemy although I may be the bait being used to trap you (against my own will of course). He won't leave the camp because of you because Rabbenu is keeping him here with Na Nach, in fact he is having such a good time, he can't leave us an instant!

Rabbi Natan did his thing and got Rabbi Nachman's books printed, starting the Breslev Hafatsa. May we make as good a use of our passage in Olam Ha Zeh. Let's aspire to more though...

Moshe Rabbenu wanted to stay in this world...he was doing really well here and who knows what would come after... Josef lived 110 (ayn kemach ayn torah) no Josef no Moses the 10 year difference is like the 10 tippotes on the finger tips. Rabbi Nachman dies at 37 and says I finished and I will finish, he knew exactly what was happening next and didn't doubt that he would be CLOSER to G-od on a permanent basis with the power to act. Saba beats Moses hands down! In Saba's fight with Amalek he doesn't need to lower his hands, his hands are the hands of Rabbi Nachman! 38+107=145:2= 72(.5) years or tehilim shir shel hessed. tikkun ha klalli.

Avraham, Isaac and Jacob, like Rabbi Natan had one concern HAFATSA

Avraham got the "muslem" world to believe in G-d...also the Jerusalem and Gush Etsion neighborhoods. Isaac spread the spiritual wealth to the plains and got Abimelech to repent. Jacob had 17 "good" years with Josef in Hebron and 17 "good" years with Josef in Egypt. Why the bad years? Without Josef, (yosef li odd ben echad) there was NO HAFATSA. When Jacob dies the Egyptians mourned 70 instead of 40 days this is to symbolize that the whole world was influenced by Josef and Jacob (HAFATSA). Why were the "holy tribes" not chosen to replace the Egptian priests? The brothers were not telling the truth to their father, (neither were the Egyptians but nobody expected that from them anywayse).

Dan is blessed that he will be a tribe of Israel...duh what is he according to you?
Think that mabe the skull eating Vikings were a tribe that really lost it's way.. then found it back when they were zoche to save their Jews from the Nazis. Dan-mark (land of Dan)
Epraim and Menashe who are these?? (the midrash says, not the halacha) They are the prefered SONS of Jacob! Did Josef say "no they are not so bad, they have good points too?" Is Menashe not known as the greatest "baal tchouva", more desirable an event then the coming of Moshiah (according to Rabbi Nachman). These were MORE sons given to RACHEL by Josef (future converted nations).

Please open your minds...by being be "simcha" not only will you "love" one another, but you will do Hafatsa and without eating skulls, you will become brighter!

Rabbenu warns against too much chochma...he isn't talking about fearlessly going out to understand, he is talking about fearfully limiting yourself to the status quo. The Halacha we do not move away from, but no one understands the Tora and Rashi is only "a brother" so please don't cut yourself off from life.

Nanach developements

Yesterday I went to check up on the Mid Rachov (city center) hafatza - mainly Shimshoni and Gili, and I didn't see them so I went looking for a store but I took a wrong turn and couldn't find it, but I realized the hashgucha (Divine Providence) right away when I bumped into some great breakdancing that was going down. B"H yours truly took part, and B"H will post some footage - thanks to our newly wed friend Noach Mendelson, unfortunately he wasn't there to film my second performance which was much better especially since the breakdancers joined in, in middle of my dancing I was kind of shocked when I realized that someone was doing some type of spin mid-air inbetween my legs, which was mamash the power of Rabbainu, because the whole time each of the breakdancers performed completely alone.

When I finished with the dancing I returned to find my friends in full swing hafatza, they told me that the reason that they were late was because they had been with Baroz doing hafatza in Moshav Germania - while being filmed by a German TV crew. They said that in middle a whole school of Bnei Akiva joined the dancing and fun.

Earlier I met a friend who was unfortunately doing hafatza for a MFSS, but B"H he was trying to get into Nanach, he told me how he had enjoyed watching the video of the childrens writing Nanach by the Western Wall. It's amazing how one Nanach said or written can really help people everywhere!

B"H most of the newly published Nanach magnets have already been distributed - with about 2000 enroute to Montreal. B"H in the near future we will be publishing thousands of Nanach stickers. Special thanks to all the generous contributers who have halped make this amazing hafatza possible.

Great blessings of Na Nach Nachma Nachman MeUman!

My Fire Will Burn Till The Coming of Mushiach

If you want to begin to have a minute appreciation of how awesome the Mushiach will be, when he comes may it be very soon, check out how Rabbi Yishmuel Kohen Gadol in his Pirkey Heychulos (end of chapter 6 beginning of chapter 7) describes King David. B”H the Hebrew site has the whole citation, but I’ll put a few pieces here: crown with the sun, moon, and 12 constellations set into it…. I saw seven lightening bolts shooting as one, the angel told me, seal your eyes so that you aren’t overtaken with trembling when they go out toward David, immediately the Oaphanim and Seruphim and Holy Live Angels and depots of snow and Clouds of Glory and Constellations and stars, and Ministering Angels, and Fierce Residents were stirred up, and said…. And I heard a big commotion coming from Eden saying: God reigns forever and David King of Israel is at the head and all the kings of the House of David after him, and each one his crown on his head, and the crown of David poignant and superb from all the crowns and it’s radiance goes out from one end of the world to the other. ..

The opposition on Rabbainu is not comparible to that of Yosef from his brothers

Some people equate the opposition on Rabbainu Na Nach Nachma Nachman MeUman to the opposition on Yosef Hatzadik from his brothers. However it is impossible for us to comprehend the matters and affairs of the holy tribes. E.g. in the will of Naftali the son of Yaakov, Naftali describes two dreams that he had in which God revealed to him how Yosef would cause division, strife, and destruction C”V, Naftali describes how he related these revelations to Our Father Yaakov, and how Yaakov accepted them and wept. Based on these revelations Naftali commands his offspring not to follow the children of Yosef. These revelations only came true after many generations, and they were supposed to follow Yosef himself. Nothing of this sort was impetus for the opposition on Our Holy Master Na Nach Nachma Nachman MeUman. Also Rabbainu said that by meeting even one of his simple followers a person can merit to be a Tzadik. Also Rabbainu said that the Mushiach will come from his progeny, may he come soon, amen.

Great Hebrew Lessons and Music by Erez Levanon and Moshe Segir

Erez is the Breslever that was stabbed 16 times by Arabs in Bat Ayn. He is mentionned in lesson 38/7 LM "Erez Levanon fell instead of us"..."16 horns of light" ..."Bat Ayn" He died on the 7th of Adar.

All this being said, there are CD's available where he gives HIS lessons and music based on different lessons in Likutey Moharan. Anyone that loves their own neshama and wants to learn good Hebrew should listen to these CDs. Call 054 7636072 to order. Try one and get hooked too.

Erez was not only a great Mafits he was a top level Tzaddik and a hidden Na Nach (but it comes out in some of his songs like he REALLY MEANS IT)

Why the walls cave in

Jerusalem is surrounded by many hills and is VERY defensible. Had our men fought defensivly at every hill, the ennemy would have gone on towards Egypt where the real money was. What happened is they found a lovely deserted park and enjoyed the hike...

WHY?

Abraham and Isaac, unlike Jacob, successfully converted everyone (some came out half half but eventually did tchouva). Jacob insisted on Josef and the other sons didn't give him "life"- a branch without life is "dead wood" Rabbi Nachman explains that dead wood does not produce fruits or students. Josef is a name that means "give me another son". In Egypt Jacob "lived a GOOD 17 years" and this is not exactly the holy land... however, the whole world was comming closer to G-d under the leadership of Josef and Jacob!

Why didn't Pharoe replace his cohens, with the 12 tribes- the tith idea came from Jacob did it not? Did the brothers tell the truth to their father about Josef or did they lie to the "Tzaddik ha Dor"? If the Cohens are going to lie, it's better they be Egyptiens I fully support the decision of Jacob and Josef. Did the Egyptiens not eat with Josef inspite of his being Jewish? This shows that he WAS accepted as a high priest and could create their religion at will. (China in fact inherited four laws when they were saved from famine by one man- not Pharoe)

MFSS of Breslov Runs away from his family and congregation!

This happened last week, but I just heard about it, he claims that his sons were stealing from him, specificly the 5,000 shekel he charged to see him.

Great blessings of Na Nach Nachmu Nachman Meuman!

suggestion for the "nanach music" box/link layout...

i was lookin at the site and when it first comes up, u dont see the "nanach music" box/link for all the music.
u gotta scroll down to find it and its not so easy too see.
so maybe just put the nanach music box where it says "become a nanach contributor" just switch spots.
i think itd be better.
more ppl want the music then to be contributors. itd be good if u can see it right away when the site comes up.
boom - there's the music. instead of having to scroll down to find it, especially if u never been on the site, hard to find.
much better for hafatza and getting the music out there.
anywayz, thats the suggestion to u all,

shmo- "na" = tikkun ha bris = na nach = the reason a little N Name (shemen) is so important

The whole world is fighting over Petrol crude oil-- and we Na Nach's believe that the book Ebay Ha Nachal which is the source of the single, double, triple, quaduple song Rabbi Nachman of Breslev revealed on the petek as his new (future) name, is the source of all kemach (dough/cash/mamon/parnassa) without it there is no Torah and no Moshe.

Why do we make such a big deal about a little OIL?

No brainer... it is because it is a big deal, it's not pure oil- it's a segula, it's where technology becomes the servant of faith and not the other way around.

It's not the Lot-kiss that gave them the courage to fight (the Greeks maybe, they liked putting oil on their naked bodies) it was the Name N, which calls for pure simcha and abstenance from animal passions which are in fact depressing.

The Meshiah is the Cohen that gets OIL put on his head (shem n on his head)

So Rabbenu is making us all like him mamash, just with his name on our kippas!

Our benies look a little like flames (mein feiril) don't they?

moshiach oi music video

for anyone who is in the new york area:
we are shooting a hafatza music video for the jewish punk band Moshiach Oi! this friday (Dec. 10) in Far Rockaway. We will be starting around 9am and going till around 1 or 2.
anyone who wants to be involved should e-mail me (yishai) at againsthestream@gmail.com

na nach!

Who can come out of a pig-sty smelling like a rose?

No one but na nach:

Jacob got Josef out of Laban's influence as soon as he was born. Benyamin who was still in Rachel's womb is the only one who didn't bow to Esav (a violent man). In spite of it's relevent purity (Mordecai and Shimi shevet Benyamin do not bow to "celebreties") the tribe of Benyamin is caught in the incident of "plegeshet al ha giva" at the end of the book of Joshua involved in a dispicable gang rape and murder the likes of which were a common occurence in Sdom/ Amora. I want to point out that two armies sent by the tribes were wiped out by Benyamin which indicates that the tribes were not really holier, maybe more hypocritical.

I am not bringing this information forward to spread a bad name on the Nation of Israel G-d forbid. It's for you to understand why Saba says "ayn gedolim ve ayn ketanim coulanou chaverim"

Avraham and Israac could go out to the nations and bring them to G-d. Jacob could not! Laban and Esav had overpowered him, his sons were no longer responding properly. The forced retreat from Shchem could have been desastrous beyond repare had the brothers not buried the loot. The brothers went back to Shchem (for the loot) but were not caught by Josef- instead Josef was caught! Rabbi Nachman says thieves cause droughts and false rabbis cause fires. (Piromaniacs are very connected to pgam ha bris just like false rabbis).

AGAIN the message is connect your self to the shem N (oil/ name n) that burs for 8 days Shmo NA (his name is NA) and get above nature (7) with the number 8. This will keep "mein firil vet lien b17 Moshia ved kommen" (on you I said:)my little fire will burn til the comming of the Moshiah-
like the menorah is the name day 1,na day 2,na-ch day 3,na-ch-ma day 4,na-ch-ma-n
These are the four rivers that emerge from paradise (Gan Eden) that will "clean the earth of all contamination.

As concisely as possible: The only way to "know" you are insane (the others are also but don't know it) and to remain faithful to the King (therefore pure) is to put the Na Nach on your forhead! How to survive Egypt as a first born without the blood on the doorposts? Is Am Israel a firstborn son to G-d?

You may ignore this advice, but attaching yourselves to Na Nach is what can save EVERYONE and elevate them to the highest levels, while NOT attaching oneself to the Tzaddik is fatal for EVERYONE even those that are awsome in every aspect (like Jacob, Josef or Benyamin). Putting Na Nach on your head means YOU ARE A CHAVER (friend).

SABA says that Rabbenu will lift all the nations to the highest level possible!

If you don't believe what you just read look up pg. 118 in the blue Ebay Ha Nachal peh or # 85. Saba is delighted to tears by a letter he just received from President of Israel and Minister of Education Zalman Shazar. He emphasized that there never will or has been any leader as great as Rabbi Nachman who is superior to ALL the leaders of ALL PREVIOUS GENERATIONS (including everyone). Saba goes on to say that Rabbenu will lift EVERYONE to the highest level there is.

Strong words indeed... is it a wonder that people have a hard time accepting this?

I understand that this is hard to accept, but experience has taught me that this is all true. I thought that this was a kind of priviledge for me, that Saba took me out of the mud and started teaching me awsome levels of truth... but no, just like EVERYONE else- he will lift us all up to this level...PROMISE!

This "conquering" of the planet will not require even one bullet to be shot, it will require books to be printed and distributed!

One of my favorite Chanuka songs - from a few years ago in the basement of my house in Toronto

One of my favorite Chanuka songs

Saba's Tomb

About two weeks ago the graveyard removed the woman's (or priests) section by Saba's grave. From what I understand when it was built originally the graveyard told them not to, they built it anyway, it went to court, and the verdict was to take it down.

Also the bookcase that was put there a few years ago, in commemoration of the guy that died in Uman (I think), was also moved away, because it was positioned on top of two empty plots that have already been purchased. It would be amazing if someone could buy the plots from the owners. We think that a plot goes for about $10,000.

B"H an Osher P. got an anonymous sponsor to ship 20 Kilo (probably about 2000) of the new nanach magnets to Montreal (they should be getting it soon).

1. Match a. through g. with I-III below.:
1. BEREISHIT is a permutation of… [from Tikunei Zohar]
2. Who lights up the Holy Temple spiritually?
3. Who is the light and glory and beauty and charm of the whole world?
4. The more his name is magnified, the same goes for Hashem Yitbarakh.
5. Hashem Yitbarakh is always looking out to return to us and rebuild the Temple. We should not hold up its building, and should mourn its loss and rise at night to recite…

7. Rising for Tikun Chatzot saves us from…

I. The True Tzadik
II. Rosh Bayit (Head of House)
III. Fires

Kitzur Likutei Moharan #67
[Why does the Torah begin “Bereishit” and end “in the sight of all Israel.”?] 1. The true Tzaddik is the glory and the beauty and the charm of the whole entire world, and he is the master of the house of the whole entire world. And he is the aspect of the master of the house of the Holy Temple. For he lights up the Holy Temple and the whole entire world. For he is the light and the glory and the beauty and the charm of the whole world. And when this Tzaddik is publicized and his name is magnified in the world, through this the name of the Lord, blessed-be-He, is magnified. And the more his name is magnified and glorified, the more the name of the Lord, blessed-be-He, is magnified and glorified. And whoever is included in the name of truth, which is the glory and the charm and the truth of the whole world, as mentioned, i.e. whoever draws close to him and is included in his name — through this his eyes are opened and he begins to look at himself, at all the traits, how he is holding with them, and to return in teshuvah on all the bad traits that he blemished, and merits to look at the greatness of the blessed Creator and to look into repair of the world, and merits that holy and pure brains are drawn onto him from this holy name of the true Tzaddik.

2. And on the other hand, Heaven forbid, when the name of the true Tzaddik is hidden and goes away from the world, and big phony rabbis (mefursamei shel sheker) are magnified, who do not have the name of the Lord in them at all. Through this, as it were, the name of the Lord is reduced and hidden. And then enchanters and sorcerers are magnified, and there come upon the world things that cannot be helped except by names of impurity, Heaven forbid. And through this fires come to the world, Heaven spare us. And the light of the eyes mentioned above goes away. And this is the aspect of the burning of the Holy Temple, which was also due to removal of the light luminaries (meorei or), which allowed fire luminaries (meorei esh — see LM 67) to overcome. So when the true Tzaddik goes away from the world it is like the burning of the Holy Temple, and then the children of Israel are considered as if they are rolling around outside, Heaven forbid. [This is the explanation of Bereshit – which is a permutation of Rosh Bayit [Tik. Zohar] — head of the house — like Yosef Hatzaddik, as it is written, “Now Joseph was the ruler over the land; it was he who sold grain” etc. For by sustaining the Temple and the houses and generations of Israel, through this the name of the Tzaddik is magnified, who is the head of house, and through this the eyes of Israel are opened, and this is the explanation of “Bereishit…in the sight of all Israel”]

3. At these times, when the exile has already been so long, and the Lord, Blessed-be-He, looks out at all times to return to us and come back and rebuild our Holy Temple, it is fitting for us to not hold up, Heaven forbid, the building of the Holy Temple; we should only make effort for its building. Therefore we very very much need to rise for Tikkun Chatzot every night, and very much mourn the destruction of the Holy Temple. For perhaps in an earlier incarnation he was the one who caused the Holy Temple to be destroyed; but even if not, perhaps now he is holding back construction of the Holy Temple by his sins, and is considered also as if he caused its destruction. And on this he should cry and mourn very much every night at midnight, and through this it will be considered as if he made effort for the Holy Temple’s reconstruction, and through this he should merit to draw close to the truth, i.e. draw close to true Tzaddikim who are God-fearing and kosher, who are the main glory and charm and beauty, the truth of the world*, and through this his eyes will be opened and the will look at himself in all the traits and return in teshuvah on all the bad traits, and merit to know and recognize the great name of the Blessed One.

4. By rising at midnight and mourning the destruction of the Holy Temple, one is saved from fires.

*[It appears this is the hinted in the juxtaposition of the verses “At midnight I will rise to give thanks unto You because of your righteous judgments. I am a companion of all they that fear You…” (Ps. 119:62-63)]

Hannukka fires burning bright, MEFOURSAMIM!

CHEM "N" only Na Nach. This is the "little fire" that will burn til Moshiah comes. Korach was against Tzit tzit because they are the 248 negative and 365 positive commandments small gematria 14 and 14 or hand of judgement and hand of mercy also single double triple quadruple in 10 words - Na Nach! light the N light, the Nach light, the Nachma light, the Narchman -- hey just like the menorah! Me "n" orah or che me N orah!

No other way out of the flood of dark murkey waters of heresy but the four rivers of wisdome emerging from the garden of the Tzaddik that cleans us of all blemish.

I guess we could go on, but do you get the point?
