The Greatest Tzedaka That Hashem Has Ever Given Us
As I had mentioned in the past, the number of the Pesukim of the Chumash correspond to the number of years of this world, and Rabbeinu is the Tzadik Yesod Olam who was born in 5532, which would mean that this corresponds to the 5532th Posuk of the Chumash which falls out in Parshas Ki Teitze. The 5532th Pasuk (Devarim 24:13 - last Posuk of 6th Aliyah) begins with the words- Hasheiv Teshiveim - "You shall surely return", a double connotation of the cognote word Teshuva, commonly translated as repentance, but in fact really means return, as in returning to the path that Hashem instructed us to be on. A few words later: U'Lecha Tihye Tzedaka - "It will be charity for us", for Hashem was very gracious in giving us Rabbeinu to help us do Teshuva and merit eternal life, because without Rabbeinu, many would never make it - would never win the war with the Yetzer Hara and would never merit eternal life - thus the greatest Tzedaka that Hashem has ever given us! he Posuk concludes with - Lifnei Hashem Elokeicha - the first word which can be translated as "before" or "in front of" "Hashem your G-d". A little different way of translating this can be "to the presence of..." Thus, by our good actions that Hashem helped facilitate which He did not have to do by bringing us Rabbeinu, and could have just as easily have told us that we failed to do what He wanted and tough luck on us, thus a true Tzedaka on Hashem's part, but by bringing Rabbeinu into this world who in turn has brought many Yidden into the next world of eternal reward, we will come "to the presence of Hashem", basking in the spiritual light of the future - forever. Perhaps the double connotation of the word "Return" connotating Teshuva, hints to the fact that it is both Hashem & Rabbeinu who help us reach the path of righteousness.
(It's interesting to note that Rabbi Dov Ber, the Magid of Mezritch, successor of the Ba'al Shem Tov, passed away on 19 Kislev of this same year - 5532, months before Rabbeinu's birth, after whom Saba - Rabbi Yisroel Dov Ber Odesser - was named after)
Certainly, besides the literal connotations of the Pshat of the Torah which involves Mitzvos of the Torah when it comes to fighting our enemies who threaten our existance, especially in Eretz Yisroel, the Torah is also talking about spiritual war - fighting the Yetzer Hara. As Rashi points out at the beginning of this Parsha when dealing about finding a good looking woman in war, Rashi comments "The Torah only speaks against the Yetzer Hara". Then at the end of the Parsha about Amalek, Rashi mentions the subject of sexual impurity. Indeed, it was Rabbeinu Nachman who came up with the ultimate solutions to conquer this all time temptation - once and for all - but it is a real war against the Yetzer Hara with the goal of winning the spiritual war.
Bearing in mind that the word Chumash is the Gematria of Na Nach Nachma Nachman (354), Ki Teitze as the 49th Parsha of the Chumash can correspond to the 49th and last day of the Sefira - falling out on 5 Sivan, which is the Yahrzeit of the Rebbetzin of Rabbeinu, which signifies that the Jewish woman, Eishes Chayil, who helps her husband not only physically, but spiritually as well, thus allowing him to learn Torah and grow spiritually. Indeed, it is the Sefira period which is a time of preparation of receiving the Torah. And then the beginning of Parshas Ki Savo, the 50th Parsha - which begins with entering Eretz Yisroel and settling in it - describes the scenario following the fight with our enemies - and corresponds to the 50th day - Shavuos - when we received the Torah. Also, the word Savo has the same letters as the word Avos, the Masechta of Mishnayos that is customarily learned on Shabbos afternoon between Pesach & Rosh Hashana, which begins with Moshe Kibel Torah MiSinai - "Moshe received the Torah from Sinai" which began on Shavuos. And it is the 1st Aliya of Parshas Ki Savo the 5561st-5571st Pesukim of the Chumash which corresponds to the years 5561-5571, the last 11 years of Rabbeinu's life, when he taught the bulk of his Torah comprising of Likutei Moharan and other Seforim, and passed away in 5571 on the 4th day of Sukkos which represents Moshe Rabbeinu of the Ushpizin. And it is the letter Noon=50 which begins & ends the names of Rabbeinu Nachman & the Moharanat. Thus, it is no wonder why there is so much emphasis in Breslov Chasidus of living in Eretz Yisroel compared with some other groups who do not emphasize living in Eretz Yisroel as with other Mitzvos.
So, unlike most other Parshiyos of the Torah, why is part of the names of these two Parshiyos beginning with the word Ki? You see, these are the beginning letters of the two Meraglim who had total Emuna in Hashem and believed that the "gigantic" goyim living in Eretz Yisroel could be conquered, unlike what the other 10 Meraglim believed, and as a result of their Emuna, they lived to see the day that the Jews were able to settle peacefully in the land - they were Calev & Yehoshua.
Yes, Breslov Chasidus & Nanach is ultimately all about Emuna, and the word Uman is similar to the word Emuna, because without it, nothing is doing, as the very first Mitzva of the Ten Commandments is the belief that there is Hashem who not only exists but controls everything. And belief in the Tzadikim - which is not an opposition of belief in Hashem - is learned from the Posuk - Vaya'aminu BaHashem U'vMoshe Avdo - the Jews believed in Hashem and in Moshe His servant. And when there is Emuna, there is Simcha, as the 5571th Pasuk, corresponding to the year 5571 in which Rabbeinu left this world, states - V'Somachta Vichol HaTov - "You shall rejoice in all the good that Hashem your G-d gave you and your household..."
Na Nach Nachma Nachman MeUman
P.S. Speaking of Tzedaka, we are presently in the 199th year of Rabbeinu's passing, as Tzedaka is the Gematria of 199. Looking forward to my first time with Rabbeinu in Uman for Rosh Hashana in this 199th year.

New Story from our Just Nanach in Montreal
This morning i have witness again the power of the petek. I work in construction and after pouring a slab of concrete and change myself as usual and drove my truck to the next working site. Once on the highway i notice my cell was not on me, so after some few second ,i remembered i left it on the top of my truck!
So i had to turn back and to see if i could found it where i left. So on my way back my first reaction was to say 4, 5 times "Na Nach Nachma Nachman MeUman! and ask Hashem for help."
Once there , the cell was nowhere on the ground , so i saw an old man on the corner of the street with a cell , so i went to him and say" Have you found a cellphone ?" he said "yes and i'm waiting for the person to call" i took and phone in his hand and on his back i saw my NNNNM sticker!!!
Miracle sometime come in simple way.:)

3 is a chazaka!!!
They came to destroy the first of the three lusts (husks) that kill the life force-
the lust of sex. So before we received the Tora we had to abstain 3 days.
The second team was Mordecai and Ester- At the feast, you got to admit, we all ate like pigs. So Esther rightly decided ON HER OWN that we should not eat for three days!
The third team---well now you guessed? Rabbi Nachman and Rabbi Na Nach, of course they came to solve the lust for money the third of the three husks (lusts).
Friends, we earning Shekels or buying Shekels may be SAVED, because the 3 Israeli Bills have the 3 co-authors of Ebay Ha Nachal on them! SO we are connecting to Josef, and Mordecai, and Rabbi Nachman. Therefore the miracle is on it's way...but if we want to be sure mabe we should stop using ANY money for three days! How can that be done?>

Likutei Moharan Learning Beginning with Yud
YUD
YESH - There are people who say that when a righteous person is on a high spiritual level, that due to his greatness, he is not able to supervise and look at everyone, for he is spiritual distant from this physical world. The truth is that this is not so; on the contrary, when a righteous person is very great spiritually, if anything, he is able to supervise and look at everyone even more so than others. As we find with Rabban Yochanan Ben Zakkai who certainly was on a very high spiritual level, in fact, so much more so than the righteous people of these days. Nevertheless, he commented on an issue: "Woe to me if I say it, woe to me if I do not say it" (Mishna Keilim 17:16). We see from here that this Rabbi was so well versed with the ways of this world, that he was afraid of saying words of Torah that might prove detrimental in terms of tricky people who could learn from the Torah how to do the wrong thing. This is a clear proof of how well versed Rabbi Yochanan Ben Zakkai was with how this world operates to the extent that he was afraid that someone might learn how to do the wrong thing from him.
So we see that the truth is that if anything, the greater the person is being righteous, he is able to view everything with so much more clarity, for we see that Hashem Yisborach is so spiritually high above this world; but nevertheless, Hashem is able to supervise with Divine Providence over everything.
(To understand the following paragraph, when Hashem created the world, He created Yesh M'Ayin - substance out of nothingness, as there was nothing else besides Hashem before creating the world. Subsequently, when we say that a person creates something, he is creating Yesh M'Yesh - substance from another already existing substance. While even righteous people are also people, and in fact, nothing even compares even closely to Hashem; they emulate Hashem spiritually closer than anyone or anything else. Thus, as they become more righteous and spiritual, they become more of the spiritual concept of nothingness, the way it was from which Hashem created the world. An example of this is how the righteous view themselves as nothing - compared to Hashem, and in their great humility, truly feel that they are no better than anyone else at best and that whatever spiritual level they are on is only because it is Hashem's will that this is so, and if anything, they feel that they have a greater responsibility of doing the right thing than others, and that if they do go off track spiritually, then it would be worse for them than others who aren't in their high spiritual level)
So we see that the truth is that one who is Yesh - of substance - is not able to be everywhere at any one time. For the way that one is of substance is that when he is here then he cannot be there. In spiritual terms, one is involved with a particular service of Hashem is not able to look at the world. But one who is Ayin - of nothingness - there is no place where this being is not able to be, for he in fact has not place at all. Therefore, the more that a righteous person is included in the concept of nothingness, he is able to have a better view of the world, for it doesn't make sense to say about such a person that he is very far removed from the world, for in fact he has no place at all. As brought down in our words (LM 1:162) in the name of the Magid about one who wants to be a Torah scholar should pray facing south, etc. check the source there (LM 2:58)

If Haman hadn't called us "AM MORDECAI" then probably Mordecai would have been used to start "humanity" from scratch. We are really waiting for the song of the redemption, because his wine probably wasn't cooked and wasn't having the desired effect. Haman's descendents aren't going to make the same mistake twice the one they want is Mordecai and any Jew can become Mordecai as G-d has already proven, which is why they need to get us all!
Keep on giving Tzedakka, and saying Na Nach Nachman Nachman everyday this month of Eloul since it IS the sound of the shofar. The year is 770 we want Moshiah NOW!

Find the Tzadik
The Daf Yomi just completed Tractate Bava Metziah of the Babylonian Talmud. This tractate deals with finding lost articles. Rabbi Nachman teaches that everyone in the world is missing many many things and in order to find them and regain possession one must come to the Tzadik. Of course one must also find the Tzadik, and the spirit of the Tzadik.
Someone showed me that the tractate ends with the words אפריון נמטיה לרבי שמעון (בגמרא כתוב נמטייה – עם שני יודין, אבל ברי"ף כתוב נמטיה כמו שכתבנו!) which Rashi translates as give Chain (credit, grace, gratitude) to Rabbi Shimon. In the time of the Talmud the Tzadik who was the aspect of Moshe Rabbainu was Rabbi Shimon, today until the coming of the Mushiach the Tzadik is Na Nach Nachmu Nachman Meuman. The words אפריון נמטיה ל have the numerical value of Na Nach Nachmu Nachman Meuman! For even Rabbi Shimon drinks from the fountains of Na Nach Nachmu Nachman Meuman!

go-el is Go El Dam
Who is going to turn at least half the world into "the nation of Mordecai" instead of a nation in which each and every member sits at Achashveroshes table paying no heed to the Kashrus of the wine and acting like overgrown calves? Mordecai is out there giving his Yayin Hungari as best he can- who is going to help him reach out to everyone with medicin that can turn a calf back to into a human being or a wooden Pinochio into a little talmid of rabbenu who is "shomer ha brit" and doesn't lie, or lie.
Na Nach is the only thing out there that makes any sense. Everyone who denies it is like what he believes, nonsense- and his only salvation is the Tzeddakka that G-d granted he give with the right attitude to truly needy people.
The story of Purim is before us, once again, let's unite the world again and this time everything is revealed in advance by the book Ebay Ha Nachal. Don't accept any authority but the Petek itself and Saba Israel. After matan torah it becomes criminal to deny Moses and his book.
The Go El will go after all those that prevented the holy wine from reaching the lips of "am Morecai". They should have nightmares and Pgam ha Brit everyday they don't repent! and may the Levites deliver them for destruction repentant or unrepentant.
If your main concern is not the next generation, then what is it exactly, we all get the same amount of space down under. You don't even have to be a Jew to understand this. Pharo, Haman and Adolf, were NOT concerned with the children of others, Mordecai, Moses, Salomon and David were.

Admorim in Breslov???
Rebbe Nachman of Tulchin who was the official successor of Rebbe Nason would act very humble and simple and was known as the Gabbi, Shamash, chazan of the Shul.
Rebbe Shimshon Barskey was also known for his great humbleness.
Shmuel Horowitz and all Anash in Yerushalim ran away from honor with all their might.
Every leader in Breslov until recently seemed to understand that there was one Rebbe - Rebbe Na Nach Nachma Nachman Muman and that everyone else were students. They all understood that thier main job was to bring people close to the the Tzadik and not shove themselves into the picture.
What Happened Now???
What Changed???
The Turkey Prince Rises From Under The Table
[What did the wise man do?] He also stripped naked and sat under the table with the king's son, and also dragged (pecked) crumbs and bones.
The king's son asked him: Who are you and what are you doing here?
He replied: And what are you doing here?
He (the king's son) said : I am a Hindik.
He (the wise man) said: I am also a Hindik.
So they both sat together like that for some time, until they got accustomed to each other.
Then the wise man motioned and they threw them shirts, and the wise man the Hindik said to the king's son: You think that a Hinkik can't go with a shirt? It is possible to wear a shirt and still be a Hindik. And they both put on shirts.
And a little while later (the wise man) motioned and they threw them pants, and he (the wise man) told him (the king's son): You think that with pants it isn't possible to be a Hindik? So they put on the pants, and so with all the other clothing.
Afterwords (the wise man) motioned and they threw them regular food from the table, and he (the wise man) said to him (the king's son): You think that by eating good food one stops being a Hindik? It is possible to eat and also be a Hindik. So they ate.
Afterwords he (the wise man) said to him (the king's son): You think that a Hindik has to be specifically under the table? It is possible to be a Hindik and be (sit) next to the table.
And so (the wise man) dealt with him (the king's son) until he healed him completely.

Help get Nanach to the soldiers
On the night of Tisha Bi-Av I had the good fortune of meeting with Shalev. Shalev was with the Saba and later, after the Saba's passing, got very into Shlomo Carlbach (who was his original inspiration). Shalev, H"Y should bless him and protect him, is a GIVALD, he spends all his time speaking and entertaining Israeli soldiers, telling them holy stories and singing for them with his guitar. (needless to say certain "chasidim" are trying to use him for their shlichus, but Shalev, although he takes a lot of nikudos tovos (good points) from them, is more comfortable with Shlomo Carlbachs way which kept him very apart from that sect, and is faithful to Saba, Rabbainu, and H"Y). It would really be great if we could provide Shalev with hafatza material – stuff that he could give to the hundreds of soldiers that he spends his time with.

Needed: Computers
B"H this Nanach is in Jerusalem right near the Western Wall. Previously I had two out dated computers which I had continuously burning Nanach CD's which I distributed at the Kosel. Each disk took about 10 minutes to burn (the computers weren't even Pentiums, if I recall correctly), and I called it baking Matzos.... My computers are no longer, but I still have the screens, so all I need are the actual computers with working CD burners (even the CD on my laptop doesn't work). If anyone can come up with this please do so a.s.a.p.. Nothing fancy or even up to date is needed, just something that can burn CD's.

Nanach gives birth
One of the American Nanach has a sister who is a Dula midwife. Recently she was helping a woman give birth, the doctors wanted to cut her open, in general the doctors are very inclined to favor slicing open the women rather than natural birth and in this case there were various concerns that made their case more convincing, but they had to respect the presiding midwife. For 22 hours the midwife said Na Nach Nachmu Nachman Meuman until, to the disbelief of the doctors, the lady gave birth to two healthy children, a girl and a boy. Mazal Tov! Joy and Happiness for the Nanach
In the second volume of Likutay Moharan, Tora 48, Rabbainu says that when a person begins to serve H"Y it is a big sin for him to sad, because sadness is the other side. From these words we can learn that those that aren't Nanach are permitted to be sad or at least it isn't so terrible.

Hashem Yisborach answers us with Nanach!
Rabbi Nachman meets with Napoleon
Rebbe Nachman of Breslov And Napoleon
Napoleon personally commanded his mighty army in order to realize his dream of capturing India and other lands in the Far East. He captured Egypt and from there marched into the Land of Israel.
About the same time, in the year 1798, a great-grandson of the Baal Shem Tov, Rabbi Nachman, arrived in Israel. (here I omit one sentence which says a wrong and demeaning reason why Rabbi Nachman went to Israel (today in Shivchay Huran we learned that Rabbi Nachman specifically did not want to go to Tsfas at all)).
Once, after concluding his prayers with great concentration and devotion, he lay down on the grass to rest and fell asleep.
Suddenly, in his dream, he beheld an old man who told him to go to Tiberias where he had an important mission to carry out on th the banks of Lake Kinneret.
Reb Nachman wasted not a moment. He gathered his things and hurried off toward Tiberias. There, he rented a room in the house of a fisherman. Napoleon, in the meantime, had made his headquarters on the east bank of Lake Kinneret. He was receiving reports that there was much unrest in France, and that his opponents were seeking an opportunity to dethrone him. In this unsettling atmosphere, it was not easy for Napoleon to maintain the strict military discipline upon which the success of his armies depended.
One day, a thieving band of soldiers set out on a rampage, raiding the homes of the poor fishermen near Lake Kinneret. Three soldiers dashed into the home where Reb Nachman lived and demanded from the old Jewish fisherman all his money.
“I am too old to go fishing anymore and my only son supports me,” explained the elderly man. “I have no money.” The disappointed soldiers began beating the old Jew mercilessly. Reb Nachman heard the commotion from his attic room and hurried to the rescue.
“Leave the old man alone!” Reb Nachman called out in a commanding tone.
The soldiers let go of their victim. But seeing the intruder was a thin, pale, young Jew, they turned their attention on him.
“So, you would like to have a taste of this beating?” one of the soldiers called out contemptuously. He took off his belt and approached Reb Nachman.
Rabbi Nachman shot a piercing glance at the soldier who remained standing with his arm paralyzed in the air. The two other soldiers tried to help their friend, but thy, too, were quickly made helpless by the sharp look of Reb Nachman.
Reb Nachman ordered them to put the old man on his bed and ask his forgiveness. “Now, get out of here at once and don't let your foot enter any Jewish home if you value your lives,” he warned the soldiers.
Terrified and in deadly silence, the soldiers ran out. Arriving at their barracks, they told their friends about the terrible experience with the holy young Jew who had magical powers.
The story spread throughout the entire French Army camp until it reached Napoleon. Napoleon had the soldiers brought to him. He questioned them and then decided to meet this unusual Rabbi, who might be able to foretell what the future had in store for him.
“That is the man,” Reb Nachman heard a familiar-looking soldier say..
As Napoleon approached Reb Nachman, the rabbi rose and greeted him with great respect, saying, “Good evening, your Majesty. Blessed are you in your coming.”
Amazed, Napoleon asked, “How do you know who I am?”
“Our Torah enlightens the eyes of those who follow its teachings.” Rab Naachman replied.
As they talked, Napoleon realized that he was conversing with a distinguished spiritual personality, who also had a deep understanding of worldly problems and events. “Do you think I should continue my military expedition through the countries of the Middle East to reach India, or should we return to France?” he asked Reb Nachman.
Reb Nachmann pondered the matter for a while then said, “The Creator has blessed you with exceptional qualities which you should use for the benefit of mankind. The way to achieve this is not through wars and bloodshed. Do not allow your military victories to mislead you. They will not bring peace to the world, and without peace you have nothing. Return home and help to create your own country an exemplary order of justice and righteousness.”
Napoleon shook his head and said, “Such a mission is not for me. I would rather live a short life full of triumph and power than a long life without them.”
“Everyone has freedom of choice in the way he wishes to live, “ said Rabbi Nachman respectfully.
Napoleon invited Reb Nachman to accompany his as his adviser, despite the fact that he hadn't followed Reb Nachman's advice. But Reb Nachman demurred the honor, saying, “My only wish is to serve the Almighty with all my heart and with all my soul.”

I'm Booked!
I would greatly appreciate it in the future if those who have already have booked early would let everyone else know on nanach.net, so it will be easier for those who want to travel to Uman for Rosh Hashana to book on the spot while the price is still cheap as it can get, and then also more of the same Chevra could be together on the same flight if flying from the same country.
Just to let whoever know, my flight in Israel is leaving on Sep 15, Tuesday at 5:30 am, and returning from Odessa on Sep 21, Monday at 6:55 pm. If anyone is coming on the same departure flight from Israel, please let me know, and we can hook up together to travel from Odessa to Uman and then find a place to stay.
DISCLAIMER: My travel to Uman, G-d willing, is NOT my declaration that it is better to go to Uman than Yerushalayim for Rosh Hashana - halevai that Rabbeinu should be buried in Eretz Yisroel A.S.A.P., as per Saba's attempt in the past which was prevented by inner politics. But since I have never been at Rabbeinu before, NOW is the time while I know that I have the chance to while I am living and before the coming of Moshiach - if not before Rosh Hashana.
The Nine Berachos of the Tzadik
Well, we know that on both days of Rosh Hashana, we say a total of NINE blessings in the Mussaf Shemoneh Esrei. And Rabbeinu corresponds to the 4th Sefira, the MIDDLE one of the seven Sefiros, which is Netzach, the same Gematria as his name, and we see that indeed he was Niftar on the 4th day, the MIDDLE one of the seven days of Sukkos. As we know from Kaballah and Chasidus, a Tzadik can accomplish even more for others after his paasing than before. This explains why it first says as in the above that the blessings first come down from the crown to the Tzadik, and then the blessings go up from the Tzadik to the HIGH crown. Thus, the crown which is above else is now on an even higher spiritual plateau, as the Tzadik's Neshama is now even on a higher spiritual level than it was before it came down to this world. Ultimately, it is on Rosh Hashana when we "crown" Hashem, so to speak, which we fulfill during the Malchuyos blessing, the 4th of the nine blessings of the Mussaf Shemoneh Esrei.
Indeed, this coming year is the Hebrew year of Hei Tov Shin Ayin, which can also be read as HaTeisha - THE NINE! Make this year a Rabbeinu year, and start off the year right whether flying to Uman to be near Rabbeinu himself, or for those who are staying in Eretz Yisroel to daven at Saba's Kever on Erev Rosh Hashana, and then join the Kibbutz in Yerushalayim Ir Atika for Rosh Hashana.
